Yomiuri Giants file a lawsuit against Asahi Shimbun, seeking 55 million yen in damages

The Yomiuri Giants filed a lawsuit against Asahi Shimbun on Friday for a series of false articles they ran in March about high bonuses the team was handing out to drafted players. The Giants are seeking 55 million yen in damages.
